    🔒 Collector-Grade: Mint. Sealed. Beautiful.

    This is the clean-cut golden child of the LEGO world.

    Sealed box. Sharp corners. Only shelf wear. No tears.

    Perfect for display, investment, or just flexing on Instagram.

    If you’re a Box Worshipper, you’ll cry if you open it — and we won’t stop you.

    📦 Box-Beaten: New inside. Box took a beating.

    Set is still sealed and untouched, but the box? Not winning any beauty contests.

    Expect dings, creases, maybe a corner crunch.

    Perfect if you build your sets and bin the box anyway.

    Cheaper than mint, same glorious bricks inside.

    🪖 War-Veteran: Seen some things. Still standing.

    The box might be opened, torn or have holes - just like my heart. Or, it could have gotten into a fight with a forklift before we saved it.

    We’ve done a quick parts check — looks complete, but don’t @ us if a 1x2 tile went rogue.

    Great for builders. Not for purists.

  • Changed your mind? It happens — we won’t judge (much).

    If you want to send something back, fill in this form with your order number, what you’re returning, and why. We’ll get back to you sharpish with what to do next.

    If you’re in the UK, you’ve got 14 days to let us know you want to return it, then another 14 days to get it back to us. That’s your legal right, not just us being nice.

    A few ground rules:

    • You’ll need to cover return postage unless the item’s faulty.

    • The item has to come back in the same condition we sent it — sealed means sealed, unused means untouched. No sneaky swaps, no brick bandits.

    • If it turns up half-built, half-eaten, or missing bits… no refund. Brutal but fair.

    We’re chill, but not daft.

  • Well that sucks. Let’s sort it.

    If the item you bought turns out to be faulty, and you’re in the UK, you’ve got 28 days from delivery to let us know — and we’ll cover the return. Fair’s fair.

    You’ll need to go straight to the original manufacturer — they’re the ones with the secret replacement parts bunker.

    And just so we’re clear:

    • Faulty = broken, defective, missing key stuff out the box.

    • Not “I opened it and changed my mind” or “the box isn’t Instagrammable.”

  • First off — we don’t mess about when it comes to your data. Here’s how it works, no fine print games:

    We take:

    • Debit & credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

    All payments are handled by secure third-party wizards. We never see your card details. Ever.

    We ship worldwide* within 48 hours — unless you live somewhere on a UN no-fly list.

    • Sent via standard post

    • Tracking provided if available

    • Delivery times? It depends on your postie and the postal gods. No guarantees. Just vibes and tracking numbers.

    🔁 5. Returns (If You Change Your Mind)

    UK buyers: you’ve got 14 days to let us know you want to return something, and another 14 days to actually return it.

    • Items must come back in the same condition you got them — sealed if they arrived sealed, untouched if they arrived untouched.

    • You pay return postage unless it’s faulty. (More on that below.)

    • No returns on:

      • Sale items

      • War-Veteran or Dark-Past sets (we told you they were risky, respect the chaos)

    🔧 6. Faulty or Damaged Stuff

    Item damaged in the post? Take it up with the courier first — they broke it, they owe you.

    Faulty item? Let us know within 14 days. We’ll either sort the return or point you to the original manufacturer for support.

    💬 7. Got a Problem?

    We’re not robots. If something’s gone sideways, use this form and we’ll sort it.
