Optional analytics and customer journeys

With your consent, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page and product views, navigation, searches by category or catalogue number, filters, saved items, basket changes, checkout progress, and successful account actions. We do not send free-text searches, names, email addresses, postal addresses, passwords, payment details or private order links to Google.

Google Analytics uses a browser cookie to recognise visits. When you sign in, we use a random account ID to join consenting visits across browsers and devices. A private server record connects consent and the browser session to a checkout. Confirmed payments and completed refunds are reported with random transaction references. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics and suppresses queued conversions; it does not undo data already received by Google.

We export event and user data from Google Analytics to our Google Cloud BigQuery project to analyse journeys, product performance and conversion rates. The export location is London. Google Analytics event data retention is 14 months. BigQuery retention is managed separately. Contact privacy@kusooishii.com for access or deletion requests, including analytics data.

Cookies

Essential cookies support shopping and signing in. Optional analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to decline or withdraw consent. Your choice is saved for six months; declining does not affect shopping.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers — we never store card details.
