Returns Policy

We understand that things don’t always go to plan, and we’ll help as best we can, so if you would like to exchange or refund an item for any reason, reach out to us at contact@kusooishii.com.

There should be a returns label included in the original packaging for you to post the item back to us. If it missing or you’ve lost it, let us know and we’ll send you another one.

  • We accept exchanges and refunds on most products up to 30 days after you’ve received them, and we’ll make any refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Unless they are faulty, we cannot exchanges or refunds for digital, personalised, or opened items that were sold sealed for health or sanitary reasons.

  • If we made a mistake, we’ll do our best to fix it and we’ll cover the costs to send you a replacement. If it was your error, it’s only fair that you cover the additional shipping costs.

  • If your item was not delivered and the fault was ours, we’ll send you a new one. If you’ve provided an incorrect or undeliverable address, or don’t collect the item from where you asked us to send it to, you will need to cover the re-delivery cost once it’s been returned to us. If the item is not returned to us, you’ll need to re-purchase the item.

Notification for EU consumers - According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are personalized;

  2. Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons; therefore, Kuso Oishii Ltd reserves the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.

Applicable Law - This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law in it’s original language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
