Ordering an Item

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Kuso Oishii, and we also want to ensure whatever we do has the best interests of the environment at heart.

All orders are manufactured specifically for you, so delivering them may take us a little longer than you are used to. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Whenever we can, we'll let you know the lead time our production partner will take to get your order to you. Most items will ship within a week, but sometimes, things can take longer. To minimise the time it takes to produce and ship your order, we'll try and pick the best balance between a production facility closest to you and can get the item to you fastest.

If our production partner cannot fulfil your order within about a month, we'll be in touch to see if you're happy to wait or offer you an alternative such as:

  • A different design on the same base product,

  • The same design on another base product, or

  • An exchange, refund or store credit.
